HelloFresh: French Onion Soup Burger

So this was my last recipe from my week of HelloFresh! This was definitely a little bit more challenging for me haha It might have been because I was trying to do too many things at once. This was an amazing dish though. It had tons of great flavors and I really wish I could have ate a second burger!

Now when it came to this, I really messed up haha they put a whole little carton of milk into the box and I just assumed that I need to use it all. Well that was not the case. I was only supposed to use some of it. I also did the same with the nutmeg. I put the whole damn package in! The first too recipes were sectioned out perfectly for mindless cooking. I definitely was not prepared to actually have to measure stuff haha

It still came out really good even though I made like 5 times what the recipe called for!
