So this was my last recipe from my week of HelloFresh! This was definitely a little bit more challenging for me haha It might have been because I was trying to do too many things at once. This was an amazing dish though. It had tons of great flavors and I really wish I could have ate a second burger!

Mmmm, this looks delish. I can almost smell it. Do I have to eat the kale? Roasted kale does not sound delish.

The crispier the kale is, the better. The ones that weren’t crisped all the way were a bit chewy. They weren’t bad, but they weren’t awful haha

When I saw the title of the article, I though it would be mix dry onion soup in the meat before making patties. Surprise!

Interesting to have a bechamel on a burger. Probably paired well with caramelized onions. Nice pictures.
