Hey guys! So I made this HelloFresh recipe last night and it was amazing! I love Tuna so much! It’s one of the few fishes that don’t taste too fishy haha This recipe is super easy to replicate. Literally just a few things from the store and you have a super healthy meal!

Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Radishes
- Scallions
- Mayonnaise (Eggs, Soy)
- White Wine Vinegar
- Tuna (Fish)
- Sesame Seeds
- Arugula
Steps:
I really wish I hadn’t misplaced my chopper in the move. I always loved house it minced the garlic. So please excuse my haphazard chopping of the garlic and ginger 😛
This sauce was very good. I really just kinda added what I wanted to make it to the combination that I liked. Super easy and very light tasting!
I cooked mine a little more medium. They were still nice and pink in the middle.
I didn’t thinly slice the tuna because I didn’t want it to cool so quickly since I was waiting on max to get finished after practice. So I kept it whole!
Overall this was a very good meal. The sauce on the tuna was great! I even topped my rice with some as well.
