Blue Apron: Seared Chicken & Caramelized Vegtables

So this recipe was really good! This is my first time trying Blue Apron and I was overall very pleased with this recipe. The portion did come out a little small for Max, but the ingredients were so simple, that you could easily add extra stuff without compromising the entire recipe! The only thing that was a bit different was all the ingredients for all the recipes were in the box together.

I enjoyed this meal with a glass of this amazing Sweet Muscadine Wine!

This recipe was super simple and could easily be replicated!
