Blue Apron: Basque-Style Cod

This recipe was surprisingly great. I was a little worried cause I’m not really a fish fan unless it’s deep sea, but this recipe was so amazing!! The salsa that you make with it is so good and fresh. Now when it came to the Freekeh, I’m not sure if I made it right since I’ve never made it before, but it did taste good. So I guess that’s all that matters!

This recipe did take longer than others I’ve made with other boxes.

After it was done cooking. I didn’t have to drain it like the instructions said. That is why I don’t think I made it right hahaha

Overall, so good! This could easily be replicated with other ingredients.  The Freekeh could be switched with rice or quinoa. You could do whatever fish available, and the salsa was super easy so that could be left the same!

With Love,
